Heavy-duty alignment
Stop feeding steer tires to a pull.
Electronic heavy-duty wheel alignment in our own bay on Hovis Rd, on a Rotary R5000HD built for trucks and buses.

Why it matters
A straight truck costs less to run.
When the axles are out of line, the truck pulls and the steer tires wear down one edge. A good alignment fixes the cause, so new rubber lasts.
We use a Rotary R5000HD, an electronic aligner made for trucks and buses at 19,500 lb GVWR and up. It mounts at the bolt circle, where a bent rim can't skew the numbers, and it measures axle offset automatically on every alignment.
The console is portable, so the job can happen on the floor, over a pit or on a lift.
Signs it's time
