Service and Operations Manager
Hands-on manager who runs the repair orders, schedules the work and helps hire, train and develop the technicians.
Shop hours Mon to Fri
The work
- Oversee service and repair orders every day
- Schedule and audit preventive, mechanical and electrical work
- Keep customer satisfaction at or above company standards
- Order parts and tools, and handle warranty claims
- Work with ownership on hiring and training
What we look for
- Five or more years managing people in a truck repair shop
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Comfortable with fleet maintenance software and reporting
- A CDL is a plus
All hires complete a drug screen, physical and background check, including a motor vehicle record review.
